Light is always light. Light is never dark. No matter how low the light goes, it is still light and light is always beautiful. Even when it’s so faint you must cup your hands around it and look ever so closely to see it, it is still light.
When you meditate you’ll discover answers to questions you never even knew you needed to know.
As breath slows, consciousness becomes more focused internally. If you think you can’t meditate, just slow your breathing instead and see what happens.

Boredom is doing nothing when not wanting to do nothing. Change that nothing into something and no longer is there boredom. That something can be thinking, contemplating or meditating.
