Be guided through powerful meditations to reduces stress, anxiety and tension, while effortlessly achieving a deep and rejuvenating relaxation.
Each session includes an opportunity for discussion about meditation where questions can be answered and experiences shared. This is followed by an easy to follow guided meditation designed to help you achieve a deep relaxation even if you have a busy mind.
This is perfect for beginners who have never meditated before as well as the more experienced looking for a different kind of deep blissful relaxation you deserve.
Although the main purpose is a deep relaxation, the meditations are woven with themes of self-worth and self-love, gaining greater clarity and focus in life as well as letting go of stress, tension and anxiety.

Comfortable chairs are provided, however, you may want to bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket if that is more comfortable. Refreshments are also available.
If you suffer from neck, shoulder or back injury or pain, sitting upright for a whole session may cause additional discomfort, pain or injury. You may want to bring a yoga mat to lay flat or extra neck support to assist your comfort. Please advise James before the session if you require additional assistance.
