This sleep meditation is designed to guide you to a deeply relaxed state of mind then help you to let go of thoughts and beliefs that may cause you to stress, worry or be anxious. From there you will build a greater sense of freedom from anything that has been holding you back in life and increase on your self-love and self-worth before guiding you into a deep and rejuvenating sleep.
