The Simplest Process to Prevent Intrusive Thoughts

Do you believe that your brain is incessantly overthinking? Are there so many thought and feelings cluttering up your mind, that you struggle understanding where to begin? Are you going over and over thought and feelings that are causing you anxiety reaction?
