Meditation Myth #4 I need to be a contortionist to meditate.

This myth is most likely a caricaturist on of yoga. Although meditation is an important part of yoga, the meditation is combined with postures, movement, breathing exercises and philosophies as a way of cultivating health and wellbeing. If all you want to do is meditate, the other aspects aren’t necessary. Meditation can be achieved by standing, walking, moving and possibly most importantly, by sitting comfortably in your favourite chair.
