The Simplest Way to Eliminate An Overactive Mind

Do you seem like your mind is continually racing? Are there a lot of worries jumbling up your head, that you battle knowing where to begin? Are you going over and over thought and feelings that are triggering tension and anxiety?
In a world where we are consistently bombarded with sensory overload, it can be hard to discover stillness.
