Description
“The Bubble” is a guided meditation designed for people with a logical or analytical mind, lots of internal chatter, intellectual who struggle to relax and anyone with an overactive or busy mind.
Once into this deep meditation, you will focus on letting go of stress and worry, bringing peace to your everyday life and a deeper sense of self-love while creating a greater connection with everything around you as well as the greater Universe as a whole.
It is based on a process developed by psychotherapist Terrence Watts to help achieve a deep meditative state. The process itself was based on a paper by the cognitive psychologist George A. Miller, called “The Magical Number Seven, Plus or Minus Two” It describes the idea that out of the millions of potential sensory inputs that are going on around us at any given moment, the number of objects an average human can hold in short-term memory is only seven, plus or minus two.

“This is a very good guided meditation. Especially for those nights when you know you’re going to have a hard time falling asleep. Because it’s an hour long I don’t worry that it’s going to end before I fall asleep, which allows me to be more relaxed, therefore it’s more effective than the shorter sleep meditations.
