Begin your journey inside a cozy warm cabin while a storm blows outside. Venture through your inner mind, free-flowing with thoughts and visualisations designed to inspire vivid dreaming.
The guided journey lasts around 40 minutes and the remaining time is a very slow fade out of the music so it is a very gentle transition into sleep and the audio ending.

Dreams can be a powerful tool for deciphering any psychological and emotional issues you may be experiencing, as well as working through problems and gaining a deeper understanding of self. First, train yourself to become aware of your dreams, and then record them, either by memory or writing them in a journal. This then gives you the ability to analyse your dreams.
Although we do share common symbology on a societal level, the symbolic meanings of dreams can vary deeply between each of us. When reading dream definitions, although they can sometimes fit, they are essentially a very generalised definition based on someone else’s ideas of what a dream means. To truly analyse a dream’s meaning, we have to go within and discover our own meaning.
A simple technique for analyzing dreams is to ask a repeated question for all of the elements within the dream.
“What is the purpose of each element?”
By asking this question in a light meditative state, your unconscious mind will provide the answers. All you have to do is listen without judging or censoring the thoughts that manifest in your mind. It is amazing what you can discover about yourself when analyzing your dreams in this simple method.
