There are plenty of other benefits to meditating that as yet do not have scientific studies to back them up. I’m sure in the future many of these will make there way up to the previous list.

- Better prepares you for stressful events
- Reduces the risk of heart diseases and stroke
- Reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s disease
- May slow progression of HIV
- May slow the rate of cellular aging
- More able to affect the reality on a quantum level
