This program is made up of two components.

  1. The meditation techniques I teach.
  2. The included guided meditations.

What I teach is a very basic stripped-down version of a Focused Attention Meditation. In its simplest terms, to focus on breath and hold a thought or visualisation in the mind. These are the basic skills for almost all other meditation types. Once learned, you will be able to easily seek out and give other styles a go.

The guided meditations I have recorded for this program use the style of Hypnotic Meditation. I have found in my teachings that this style of guided meditation is the easiest and most powerful for those starting out with meditation to gain great results. Many of my students who claimed they could not quiet their mind enough to meditate, had profound experiences of deep relaxation and self-awareness.

I have designed them specifically to cut through the mental clutter and bring about the deepest of relaxations. Once in deep relaxation, they will build on ideas of self-awareness, self-love, love for others, greater focus, better attention, increased compassion, and building upon inner strength and courage.

One of the core benefits of meditation is the chance to gain some introspective understanding in order to gain greater self-awareness. Each of these guided meditations provides space for this to occur and asks your unconscious mind to bring any messages to the forefront of your awareness. This approach forces us to seek greater depth within, to uncover any thoughts, beliefs, problems, or emotions that we unconsciously know need attention.
