All of the meditations in this program and many other guided meditations will have moments where the guidance pauses and you will be left with only music or silence. This is a time for inner reflection. A moment to allow your thoughts to address what you have been experiencing in the meditation.
There is usually an instruction immediately before the pause to help guide your inner thoughts in the right direction. However, you may find that your thoughts drift and flow to other topics and ideas too. This is okay as it more than likely means that these other thoughts are somehow interconnected to what you are addressing even if it is not clearly apparent how.
Some of these pauses are only a few seconds long while others are several minutes. It is important to stay in the meditation during this time and not think that the meditation has ended. All but two of the meditations in this program have a definite ending that brings you back to full consciousness. The two that do not are designed to send you off to sleep at the end and is indicated as such.
