Included in this program there are a number of guided meditations. They all serve the same purpose to help you reach a deep state of relaxation, however, they all take a slightly different approach to get there. Each of the meditations also has a different approach to letting go of stress, tension and anxiety while building you up with powerful resources such as inner strength, courage, compassion, self-love, and more.
I recommend listening to all of them first. You may find that you get better results from one over another or simply prefer the content of one more. It is okay to either mix them up or choose your favourites to follow and it is perfectly okay to follow the same meditation over and over.
